TRAFFIC ALERT – NIGHTLY LANE CLOSURES NEAR EXIT 49 (Pimpama) – FROM 5 NOVEMBER 2023

UPDATE 13/11/23: Motorists are advised of reduced lanes around the Exit 49 (Pimpama) interchange for road construction works. Lane closures will be in place around the Pimpama (Exit 49) interchange and approach roads this week. Night works – Yawalpah Road westbound near the roundabout and/or Rifle Range Road near Matthews Crescent tonight (13/11) to Wednesday night (15/11) from 8pm and 4am. Day works – Rifle Range Road southbound near the Pimpama Sports Hub from Tuesday (14/11) to Friday (17/11) from 9am to 2.30pm. Traffic control and/or signage will be in place. Minor delays may be experienced. Plan your journey and allow extra travel time. Local residents may experience some noise from these works. We apologise for any disturbance caused. Please ensure you observe reduced speeds, drive carefully and follow traffic signs.
Original Notice 5/11/23: Motorists are advised of vegetation maintenance on an 8km section of the M1 Pacific Motorway near the Pimpama Interchange (Exit 49). Two lane closures will be in place in the northbound direction and one lane closure in the southbound direction during nightworks from Monday 5 November (between 7pm and 5am) for up to 2 weeks. The speed limit will be reduced to 40km/h through the work site location. Minor delays may be experienced. Please plan your journey and allow extra travel time. Traffic control will be in place throughout these works. Please ensure you observe reduced speeds, drive carefully and follow traffic signs. |
