ROAD RESURFACING INVESTIGATION WORKS – Hamilton Road, Wavell Heights

Brisbane City Council will be undertaking ground and road pavement investigations works along Hamilton Road, between Spence Road and Millcan Street. Road resurfacing investigations occur on a rolling schedule across Brisbane to help us understand the condition of the road.

This work is scheduled to take place in late September and may take up to two nights to complete. Works will occur between 7pm and 5am, Sundays to Thursdays. In the event of bad weather, works will be rescheduled to the next available time.

If you live in the area, you may experience noise, dust and vibration from construction machinery. Some of the works generate very low noise levels while other works can involve drilling concrete and higher noise levels. Hamilton Road will remain open to traffic with no impact to local access. Traffic controllers and signage will be on site to assist you travelling safely around the work zone.
