Full Closure – Bowman Lane, New Farm

FULL ROAD CLOSURE NOTICE OF: BOWMAN LANE, NEW FARM

Update: April 2025

Pipe Management Australia as well as Traffic Control Innovations will implement a Full Road Closure of Bowman Lane in between Langshaw St & Gilbey Lane for the purpose of manhole relining and maintenance works on behalf of BCC.

The closure will occur on the dates below, for approx. 8-hour shifts:

➢ Wednesday 30th April 2025, between 06:00am – 06:00pm

➢ Thursday 1st May 2025, between 06:00am – 06:00pm

Traffic controllers will be onsite to assist members of the public if required. Closure is expected to be in place for 8 hours each day barring unforeseen delays.

Access to all properties will be maintained, however a small delay may occur, please allow for this when planning your travel for the day.

Universal Cranes as well as Traffic Control Innovations on behalf of Down Under Tree Services will implement a Full Road Closure of Bowman Lane, in between Langshaw Street and Gilbey Lane for the purpose of staging a mobile crane to allow for mature tree installations. Traffic control will also be occurring on Langshaw St to allow for safe truck and machinery movements.

The closure will occur on the below date, for approx. a 7-hour shift:

➢ Wednesday 7th February 2024, between 6:00am -6:00pm

Traffic controllers will be onsite to assist members of the public if required.

Access to all properties will be maintained.

A detour will be in place and will need to be followed.

Closure is expected to be in place for 7 hours barring unforeseen delays.
