Traffic Alert – Currumbin Creek-Tomewin Mountain Road

Motorists are advised of ongoing reconstruction works along Currumbin Creek-Tomewin Road (Tomewin Mountain Road), Currumbin Valley.

Works will be undertaken on weekdays between 6am and 6pm and on Saturday between 7am and 5pm, continuing until late 2023.

To allow for construction, the road will be reduced to a single lane with signalised stop/slow traffic conditions in place.

Please allow extra time for travel during this period. A speed restriction and lane closure with temporary stoppages will be in place during the works to ensure the safety of workers and motorists. Motorists can expect delays of up to 10 minutes during the works.
