The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) would like to advise that pavement investigation works will be undertaken in both directions on Moggill Road between Moggill Road Service Road and Grandview Road, Pinjarra Hills in late July 2025.

The investigation and survey works will inform design and programming of future works in this location, as part of TMR’s maintenance program to improve the road surface and provide a safe road network.

Work activities

• Service locating
• Surveying
• Pavement coring.

Timing

• Investigation works will commence late July 2025 and are expected to take approximately one week to complete, construction and weather conditions permitting.
• Typical construction hours will be between 8pm and 5am, Sunday to Friday.
• Night works are necessary for road user safety, and to avoid what would otherwise be extensive traffic queuing and disruption to the road network.
• While most of the works will be undertaken at night, some Saturday or other out of hours works may be required.

Expected impacts

• Temporary traffic changes including road shoulder and lane closures, changes to traffic flow and speed reductions.
• Please allow extra time when planning your travel and follow the directions of roadside signage and traffic controllers.
• Nearby residents and businesses can expect increased noise, dust and odour. Reversing beepers and flashing lights will be used for safety.
