Changes in place by Monday 30 June 2025
As our city continues to grow, Brisbane City Council is upgrading our transport network to provide customers with a diverse range of transport options, including access to taxis.
To support the introduction of Brisbane’s New Bus Network, Council will be making some changes to CBD taxi zones. Where possible, they have endeavoured to minimise the impact to taxi zones.
Please see the attached summary of taxi zones changes. Some taxi zones will be extended or reduced in size and operating hours will change in others.
