Esher Street and Toohey Road, Tarragindi – Potholing works

We will be undertaking potholing works within the intersection of Esher Street, Sexton Street and Toohey Road. This work involves drilling small samples of the ground to determine underground conditions and service locations which are required to finalise the design of a future road upgrade at this location. 

Works will take place over 2 days, between Monday 29 September and Friday 3 October 2025, outside peak traffic times between 8am and 5pm, weather and site conditions permitting. 

If you live in or are travelling through the area you may see workers onsite, notice increased noise and truck movements, and experience minor delays. Temporary lane closures may be required with traffic controllers onsite. Please follow directions and take care when moving through the area. 

Council will make every effort to minimise disruption to the local community.
